Desert Cuts started simply — with me making homemade jerky for my husband. What began as something I made for him quickly turned into friends and family asking for bags of their own, and before I knew it, Desert Cuts Premium Jerky was born.

I’m a stay-at-home mom making every batch locally in Henderson, Nevada. I’ve built Desert Cuts around something I really care about: creating bold, flavorful jerky in small batches and putting the same care into every bag that I did when I was just making it for my family.
